HOW TO REMOVE COMMON STAINS @ SOCIAL EVENTS.

There is no single technique or product that takes care of every spot or stain, but with the right information and supplies, many stains can be removed.

If you stain a washable cotton garment, the golden rule is to act fast.

The following are natural and house hold products you can use to remove different embarrassing stains at social gatherings where  you don’t have access to a change of clothing and must remain at the event.

• Alcoholic Beverages: Immediately sponge with cold water; then sponge with alcohol, launder as usual

• Beer: Sponge with soap and water or wash in machine

• Blood: Cold water. Then, if necessary, wash in warm water with detergent or apply hydrogen peroxide. Note: Hydrogen Peroxide will work on wet or dry blood stains.  Pour a little on to the stain and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Rinse, repeat.  

• Butter: Wash or sponge with cleaning fluid.

• Chewing Gum: Cleaning fluid
